If you’re here, you’re looking for more than answers; you’re looking for transformation.

For some people, that transformation requires answering the age-old question, “Who am I?”

For others, it’s, “Why am I here?”

And for still others, it’s, “What do I want to be when I grow up?”

But, regardless of your question, what you’re really looking for is your passion, your purpose, and a sense of authenticity that’s seemed just out of reach all your life.

“Like a splinter in your mind.” Morpheus

You can read all about me on my About page but take my word for it when I tell you that I searched for my identity in all the wrong places for 40-ish years before I actually made progress.

I took placement exams, personality tests, tarot readings, Facebook quizzes, you name it, looking for any clue to help me figure out what was really driving me and how to fulfill my potential.

None of them provided any real insight; they’re really not intended to do anything but give broad generalizations.

But I knew the things in my life that weren’t working, the things that I really didn’t want to do or be, and those were the first glimpses into my authentic self. Figuring out who I didn’t want to be.

And I did the hard work, too, read hundreds of books, attended hours and hours of therapy and coaching, and little by little, “I” began to come into focus.

Regardless of what questions you’ve been asking yourself or how much experience you have with coaching: I’m glad you’re here.

If you’re unfamiliar with coaching, I can tell you that my experience has been life-changing. The coaches I’ve engaged with over the course of my journey have not only helped me immensely with my challenges they’ve each encouraged me to do just this: pay it forward.

Coaching is unlike therapy or reading, or self-study. The game changer for me was that coaching is 100% personalized. Your story matters. Your context matters. Your fears matter. You’ll never hear me say, “just do what I did.”

Coaching is an opportunity to talk confidentially with me about your self-sabotage at work, your insecurities with your significant other, and your lack of boundaries with your family in the frame of your whole life. Because each impacts the other, right?

As your trusted advisor, I’m 100% on your side, but I’m not your Mom, your Dad, or your roommate – all of whom care about you and want what’s best for you but also want to keep you right where you are … so they don’t have to change with you.

I’m not going to tell you everything’s going to magically ‘work out. I’m going to call you on your bullshit, I’m going to challenge you to be more, and I’m going to see you as the uniquely valuable person you are.

From teaching martial arts to building and operating nuclear power plants, I’ve been mentoring and growing people into the best versions of themselves my whole life (yes, my purpose was right in front of me the whole time), and I can help you too.

The key is that I’ll be right beside you all the way, completely loyal and supportive, but running at your pace, not mine.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why the hell would I tell you my deepest, darkest secrets and insecurities? Can I trust you?

On a professional level, I hold a Top Secret Security Clearance (have since I was 19) and countless hours of training on Intellectual Property rights, ethics, Non-Disclosure practices, and other forms of domestic and international secrecy practices.

I’ve been poked, prodded, examined, cross-examined, analyzed, and even interrogated by various government and corporate entities via multiple lie-detection methods.

Basically, I’m trustworthy.

On a personal note, my values and principles appreciate your trust more than anything you think I might gain by discussing your struggles with anyone outside our sessions.

I’ve been to therapy; how is this different?

I am not a doctor or licensed therapist, and therefore I can not (will not) make any medical or psychological assessments or diagnoses.

I can provide perspective and accountability for clients who need to get out of their way to reach their full potential. I use a combination of behavioral human performance and problem-solving tools applied to my unique experience to define, solve and overcome personal limitations.

How does this work? Am I on the hook for years of coaching?

I try my hardest to coach myself out of a job.

It’s not my desire to leech off of clients, especially when so many people need my help. I want to get you where you want to go soon.

Are you just going to ask me endless open-ended questions?

Actually, no. I’m what I like to call a ‘results-based’ coach. One of the first things we’ll do is define your goals, and I’ll design actionable stuff for us to do together and some things you’ll need to do on your own to move you forward to your transformation.

How do I know if I’m a good candidate for coaching and if so, how do I get started?

If you’re sick and tired of repeating the same cycles over and over, driving yourself crazy by making the same choices that got you where you already are – you’re ready to talk to me.

The first step is to book a call, and you only have to bring personal responsibility; I’ll do everything else I can to help you become your best self.
