1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 large ripe banana
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks or chips
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

Start the Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350f
- Coat two 8-ounce ramekins (or muffin pan) with non-stick spray
